Q: How does the counting work?
A: You tap the ring and it tracks the count wirelessly through Bluetooth to your phone. The DEED app
shows your running total in real time so you always know where you are.
Q: Does it work without my phone nearby?
A: The ring stores your counts on its own, so you can keep going even if your phone isn't right next to you.
When you reconnect, everything syncs up automatically.
Q: Does it vibrate? Can I turn that off?
A: Yes, it vibrates on each tap to confirm it registered. You can adjust or turn off vibration from the settings in the app — totally up to you.
Q: How long does the battery last?
A: Battery life depends on how much you use it, but it's designed for all-day wear. The app shows you the battery percentage so you're never caught off guard.
Q: Is it waterproof?
A: It's designed for everyday wear, but we recommend keeping it away from water like showering or swimming to be safe and extend its life.
Q: What sizes does it come in?

Q: What app do I download?
A: Search "DEED Ring" in the App Store on your iPhone and download it. It's free. Android is on the roadmap.
Q: How do I connect the ring to my phone?
A: Open the app, make sure Bluetooth is on, and follow the pairing steps on screen. It usually connects in seconds. Once paired, it remembers your ring automatically.
Q: What can I track in the app?
A: You can set up different dhikr goals — like 100 SubhanAllah or 33 Alhamdulillah — and the app tracks your progress toward each one. You can have multiple goals running and switch between them anytime.
Q: Can I set a daily goal?
A: Yes. You create a tasbeeh, set your goal number, and the app tracks how far you've gone. When you hityour goal, you'll get a celebration on screen.
Q: Does it send me reminders?
A: Yes, you can schedule reminders — like after Fajr or before bed — so the app nudges you to pick up your dhikr when it matters most.
Q: Can I see my prayer times in the app?
A: Yes, the app includes prayer times based on your location.
Q: What are the quick-tap dhikr presets?
A: When you create a new dhikr goal, the app shows you common ones — SubhanAllah, Alhamdulillah, Allahu Akbar, Astaghfirullah, and others — so you can tap to select instead of typing every time.
Q: I finished my goal — what happens?
A: The app celebrates with you! You'll see a completion screen with your count and dhikr name.
3. Troubleshooting — Common Issues
Q: The ring isn't connecting to my phone.
A: First, make sure Bluetooth is on. Close the app completely and reopen it. If it still won't connect, you may have to start fresh.
To start fresh, please try the following steps to fully reset the Bluetooth connection:
- Go to your phone’s Bluetooth settings
- Locate your DEED Ring in the list of Bluetooth devices (look for QB708) and then select “Forget This Device”
- Reopen the DEED app and try reconnecting the ring as a new device
If the issue continues after that, please reach out to us through our customer support.
Q: The app isn't showing my progress correctly.
A: Force-close the app and reopen it. If the issue continues, make sure your app is updated to the latest version. Most display issues are resolved in recent updates.
Q: I can't see my progress at a glance on the list.
A: The task list now shows a visual progress bar under each goal so you can see exactly where you stand. Update to the latest version if you don't see it yet.
4. Pricing & Purchase
Q: How much does the ring cost?
A: The ring is $90–$99 depending on size and style. The app is free.
Q: Is there a return policy?
A: We don’t offer refunds, but if you’re experiencing an issue with your DEED Ring, we’re always happy to help troubleshoot or provide a replacement when needed.
If your ring doesn’t fit, we also encourage our “Pass the DEED” motto — consider gifting it to someone you love and passing the reminder of dhikr forward.
